Program Description

Accepting applications for Summer 2017 enrollment.  

The Graduate Certificate in Supporting High Needs Populations offers additional education and training to educational professional who work in urban settings.

The program is comprise of two graduate courses that address critical issues associated with life in urban schools and two graduate-level specialization electives tailored to personal areas of concentration.


Total Credit Hours Required: 12 Credit Hours Minimum beyond the Bachelor’s Degree

Application Requirements

Admission is open to those with a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. An application to the graduate certificate program and official transcripts must be submitted. Applicants must apply online. All requested materials must be submitted by the established deadline.
